The SEF is an organisation that knows all too well what it takes to ignore critics and focus on achieving a goal. We have been creating employment for people with disabilities for over sixty years, and our mission is to insure all persons with disabilities irrespective of race, colour or religion, actively participate in the country's economic growth and development
